Visszatérítési szabályzat
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your package, in accordance with Articles 10-14 of our General Terms & Conditions.
RETURN PERIOD
✔️ You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your return.
✔️ The return shipment must be sent back within these 14 days.
✔️ If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the return period starts when you receive the last item.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔️ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
✔️ The product must be in resaleable condition (i.e., as you would inspect it in a store).
✔️ Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.
✔️ Returns must be shipped in accordance with the return instructions provided by Oilty.
✔️ You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following products cannot be returned:
❌ Opened or used personal care items (including oils) due to hygiene and safety regulations.
❌ Custom-made or personalized products.
❌ Items that have exceeded the 14-day return window.
❌ Products that are irrevocably mixed with other goods after delivery.
❌ Items marked as Final Sale, which are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
RETURN COSTS
✔️ Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless Oilty states otherwise.
✔️ Oilty is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or additional fees related to return shipments.
✔️ You must keep proof of shipment and tracking details until your return is processed. We are not responsible for lost return shipments without valid tracking information.
REFUND POLICY
✔️ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
✔️ Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and approve the returned product.
✔️ If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, Oilty reserves the right to refuse the refund.
✔️ If you chose a more expensive shipping method at checkout, the additional shipping costs will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES
✔️ Exchanges are subject to product availability.
✔️ If the desired item is out of stock, our team will contact you for an alternative solution.
✔️ We cover shipping costs for replacement items.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at Info@Oilty.Shop.
✔️ Oilty will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
✔️ Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
✔️ Returns are processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
✔️ You can track your return via the provided tracking link.
✔️ Once the refund is issued, you will receive an email notification.
